Second Allotment Admission - Single Window

Second Allotment for Plus one Single Window Admission published in HSCAP. Students who got allotment should print out the allotment letter available in candidate Login. Allotted candidate should report at the time allotted for them. 

Admission Dates : 28 September to 06th October

Documents to be produced at the time of Admission

1. Allotment Letter ( The First Part should be filled in)

2. Transfer Certificate (T.C)

3. Conduct Certificate

4. Original Mark list - Class X ( If not received , an internet copy and a declaration that the original will be submitted as as soon as it is obtained)

5. Original certificates to prove Bonus claims, Tie breaking points

6. Three Passport Size Photographs ( If it can be produced, or send them later)

Admission is arranged strictly under COVID -19 protocol. Nobody should violate it. Student and one of the parents alone is needed to take the admission. Avoid crowding at the school. Social Distancing is to be strictly kept. Face masks are mandatory. Sanitize your hand before approaching  the admission desk. You should leave the campus immediately after the admission procedure.

 ഏകജാലക പ്ലസ് വൺ പ്രവേശനത്തിനായുള്ള അപേക്ഷാ സമയം അവസാനിച്ചു . ആദ്യ അലോട്ട്മെൻ്റ് സെപ്റ്റംബർ 14  നു പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിയ്ക്കും . പ്രവേശനം ലഭിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ നേടുന്നതിന്  പറയുന്ന രേഖകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കി വെയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് 

1. CLASS X - PASS CERTIFICATE ( IF ORIGINAL NOT RECEIVED - A SELF ATTESTED         INTERNET COPY OF THE RESULT SHEET) .  സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത കുട്ടികൾ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചാലുടൻ ഹാജരാക്കി കൊള്ളാം എന്ന്  വെള്ള പേപ്പറിൽ സത്യവാങ്മൂലം എഴുതി ഒപ്പിട്ട് നൽകണം 

2. Transfer Certificate ( T.C) from the last attended school

3. Conduct Certificate from the last attended school

4. Original certificates - to prove your bonus claims (Like Guiding / Red Cross, Club Activities/ NCC / Swimming / Sports and Arts etc)

5. Ration card to prove your Municipality/ Panchayat

 ഏകജാലക പ്രവേശനത്തിനായുള്ള ട്രയൽ അലോട്ട്മെൻ്റ്  പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു . എല്ലാ അപേക്ഷകരും ക്യാൻഡിഡേറ്റ് ലോഗിൻ വഴി അലോട്ട്മെൻ്റ് വിവരങ്ങൾ പരിശോധിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . തിരുത്തലുകൾ  ആവശ്യമുള്ളവരും കൂടുതൽ  ഓപ്‌ഷൻ നൽകാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരും  സെപ്റ്റംബർ 8 അഞ്ചു മണിക്ക്  മുൻപായി ഇത്തരം തിരുത്തലുകൾ വരുത്തി അപേക്ഷ ഫൈനൽ കൺഫർ മേഷൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .  പഞ്ചായത്ത് , മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി വിവരങ്ങൾ, ജാതി വിവരങ്ങൾ മുതലായവ പ്രത്യേകം പരിശോധിച്ച് തെറ്റില്ല എന്നുറപ്പാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . തെറ്റായി നല്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷാ വിവരങ്ങൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ നഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നതിന് കാരണമാകും . സംശയങ്ങൾ സ്‌കൂൾ ഹെല്പ് ഡെസ്‌കുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പരിഹരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്
