Single Window Admission First Allotment got published published on 24th May 2019. Students who got allotment should take the print out of allotment letter from www.hscap.kerala.gov.in

 How to check allotment 

Login to www.hscap.kerala.gov.in

Click on First Allotment Results

Select Application District

Type your single window application number, date of birth and the captcha code given there in the boxes provided

Login- check where you have got an allotment

see on the top- Allotment Letter - click on it

take the print print out of the allotment letter 

It includes all your details and at the bottom of the letter you could see the name of the school and the course allotted to you

Documents to be produced for the admission

1. Allotment Letter ( Fill the First Part)

2.Transfer Certificate (TC)

3.Conduct certificate

4. Original Marklist ( if not received a photocopy)

5.Caste certificate 

  ( Reservation category- If caste is different on the certificate        or is not given)

6. Fee ( given on the Allotment Slip)

7. Proof for bonus points claimed ( Swimming, Scout/Guiding,
    SPC, NCC, Dependents of Jawan or Jawan killed in 
    action,Municipality/Panchayat, Taluk etc

8. Proof for tie breaking claims - certificates in sports,  

    Kalolsavam, Sasthra/IT/Social Science/Work Experience/IT 

    Mela, Red Cross, Participation in scout/guiding, Club 

    activities, Articles published in journals etc

If Admission is not taken in the give time, your admission through single window system is lost for the year
